| 401 | Re-copy the sk key, check the Bearer header, recreate the key |
| 403 | Out of balance → top up; token has no access to the model → check the token's model allow-list / permissions |
| 404 | Base missing or doubling /v1 (protocols) |
| 429 | Lower concurrency (rate limits) |
| 503 | No available channel for the model in the group: switch to a group that includes the model, or confirm it has an available channel in the current group (Models & groups) |
| 5xx / timeout | Switch to jp, lower max_tokens, retry |
